Joe began shooting with his father at the age of five. He was a member of the University of Alaska Fairbanks rifle team and graduated in 2005. Joe was a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for over three years and joined the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit in 2009. |
