Raised in Northwest Arkansas, Nichole Rae started shooting at the age of 10 and still enjoys shooting at her ranch property in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Nichole comes to USA Shooting after serving in various roles for 24 Hour Fitness for four and a half years. Nichole held positions of Fitness Counselor, Assistant General Manager, Fitness Manager and Personal Fitness Trainer during her tenure with 24 Hour Fitness and also received many sales awards while she was employed there. Nichole currently runs an internet marketing and direct sales business in the evening. She also has a background in photography.

Nichole’s primary responsibilities at USAS include membership, merchandise and event sanctioning.
