Selection Procedures for USA Shooting Team, Championship of the Americas and Performance Standards Now Available

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 4, 2009)

The 2009-2012 selection procedures for the newly re-structured USA Shooting National Team, National Development Team and National Junior Team are now posted and are effective as of June 4, 2009. The selection procedures for the 2010 Championships of the Americas (CAT) team are also available.

The USAS Policies and Procedures Performance Standards are also now posted. These performance standards are in effect for the 2010 World Shooting Championships and the 2011 World Clay Target Championships. Performance Standards will be used by the National Coaches for National Team Selection at the USA Shooting National Championships, ISSF World Cup selection and funding eligibility.
