2010 State Junior Olympic Shotgun Host Application Now Available

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (November 9, 2009)

USA Shooting is now accepting 2010 State Junior Olympic host applications for shotgun. Please click here to download a program and application. All applications are due to USA Shooting by February 5, 2010 for review. One host location will be selected per state unless otherwise determined. All state matches are to be held between February 27, 2010 and May 30, 2010. Please note that for the 2010 year, competitors must have been born in 1990 or later.

The use of wobble traps will continue in this year’s program. Competitors that shoot on a wobble trap must meet a higher minimum cutoff score than for bunker trap in order to be considered for invitation to the National Junior Olympic Championships in Colorado Springs, Colo.
